Moving coach with Safety bars in place?

I have finished with the rear bulkhead repair, getting ready to do the front. I have all 4 of the 11 inch safety bars in place , Still hard to work underneath , can I move the  coach  a little to raise the front wheels up on blocks safely , with the bars in ?

I wouldn't risk it.  If there's any unequal loading side to side (like if one block pops as the tire climbs it) you will twist the body of the coach which can then lead to windshield problems (if twisted enough).
