roof sealing

Looks like my ftx has a plywood roof with some kind of white coating on it. No leaks...YET but I am very interested in the variety of opinions and experiences folks have with maintenance of roofs. resealing, coatings etc.

Oops, it's not plywood after all, I was looking at the AC framing. Appears to be fiberglass
