Acceptable leak down ?

Fired her up yesterday for the first time in 2 months, It fired up great with the new Trick L Start I put on a couple of months ago, It's amazing how good it starts when the starter batteries are fully charged. Oh any ways I let it run for a while and let it warm up , when I shut it off it was close to 120 psi on the gauge and 24 hours later it's at 60 psi, is that  acceptable ?  When I first got the coach I fixed a couple of leaks and it's better now, should I keep looking or call it good?  Thanks  Art

You are just fine as far as the DOT is concerned.  I believe the acceptable leak down is 4 psi per minute and you are 2.5 psi per hour.  If you like to chase a few more leaks you could improve some, but with all the connections under the coach I would call it GE (good enough).  My coach will leak down to about 70 psi overnight and then stop dropping when it gets to around 50 psi in warm weather.  When it is really cold...it will go to zero in three days.

Department of Transportation (D.O.T.) standard for allowable leakdown in air systems is as follows:

1. 4 P.S.I. drop in the front air system in a 2 minute time period.

2. 4 P.S.I. drop in the rear air system in a 2 minute time period.
This translates into 120 P.S.I. drop in a one hour time period.
