Shoreline reel

Hi Folks

I need some help with my TDI RV5036 Electric reel. I think that one phase on the cord reel is not working some of the time. Today were gone all day and came back to a hot MH. The AC leg that has the middle AC was not on. Come to find out the one AC leg was out. I checked the park pedestal with a volt tester it was good. Unplugged the MH and ran the generator everything was fine. Then I plugged the MH back in and before I turned it on I pulled out the cord out about three feet and back in. I turned on the breaker every thing worked fine.

Things are pointing to the cord reel has anyone cleaned and rebuilt the TDI cord reel? I looked on line I could not find a parts break down for the reel.
