Sagging vinyl headliner fix

Our vinyl headliner sagged down between the cabinets and the center strip. I removed the center strip in order to run a new rear camera cable down the center. As long as I had the center strip down I pulled the vinyl ceiling liner tight and then put staples in where they would be hidden by the center strip (weii, all but 6, goofed and didn't catch it until the center strip was back on.) I also added a row of retainer snap buttons we got at Foretravel so they matched the existing ones. Turns out it looks great, fits tight, and I think the "stretch" has kinda gone away as there is no sag now.
My next project, when it cools down a bit, will be to reline the center strip with new foam rubber as the old one looks like a dehydrated fish carcass.
