Outstanding service from TCI Tire in OK City

One of my Mich XAZ3 tires developed a knot on side of tire at around 10K miles.  After the poor service I had recieved from TCI in Tucson buying these tires, I figured I would be in for a fight getting it replaced under warranty.  Reading the Michelin warranty, it states that the tire must be dismounted, inspected for signs of impact or other operator fault etc etc before warranty would apply.  Owner pays for mount/dismoun/balance.

The service manager alluded to that and then said  "well, that tire ain't right.  Lets put you a new one on." Recent date code.  No charges at all, rolled out a happy camper.  They also used a very impressive 3' long torque wrench, looked up proper torque specs for the rims.  First class operation and I'll be back when I need new rubber.

Chuck,
I too was pleased with the way the store manager here in Cincinnati teatd me.  BTW, Price good 'till 12/31/2011 fro the XZA3+ Load range G (I think these would be good for your 36' as well) is:

Tire                          $537
FET                          $ 25
Install                        $ 28
Balance                      $ 35

This is before the FMCA Discount...whatever that is.

ps  The manager did make an offer of $45 per tire as mine are very "new looking"
