Hydraulic System Fluid

99 320

On my 225 I changed the hydraulic system fluid and replaced it with the same 15-40 motor oil called for in the manual. I'm changing it now in my 320 and was wondering if anyone is using synthetic rather than the SAE 15-40 stock stuff. Thanks.

Jor,
I replaced my hydraulic oil with Amsoil SAE 15W-40 Heavy-Duty Diesel and Marine Motor Oil. It is the same oil I run in the Coach and generator engines.

I use Amsoil in all situations as I believe it does help a lot. Maybe I should inject some in my back-who knows?

I replaced all fluids in my U320 with AMSoil synthetics about 7 months ago, even the chassis grease.
