Re: 4 Corners Rally in Durango CO. 5/22 - 5/28 who is going? Reply #20 – April 04, 2012, 10:12:16 pm Unfortunately Dori & I will not be able to attend the rally. We are still working on our condo to get it ready to sell. The good news is painting is almost finished. The bad news is we still have the kitchen remodel left to go plus a friends wedding in Albuquerque, NM.All of you who are going you will have a blast. Dori & I spent 2 weeks last September at the Alpen Rose RV Park. It's a very nice park and is right across the highway from the Durango/Silverton railroad tracks. There are 2 trains that run in the morning and the evening. It's great fun to go out and wave at the passengers as they go by. We highly advise taking the train ride to Silverton. Also make some time to drive the million dollar highway. Fun, fun, fun. Also take in the Steamworks Brewery in downtown Durango. Great beer & food.Hope to make the Four Corners Rally next year!see yaken & dori Quote Selected
