Ultimate Toad

See below.  This very long Foretravel has been parked in our Asheville, NC park since we got here a few weeks ago.  No activity around it until this weekend when I saw this Ferrari 430 Scuderia (Ferrari F430 - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia) parked next to it.  What a car.... top speed 196mph and 0-60mph in 4 seconds!  And yes, this car is associated with this FT.... there are Ferrari decals on both sides of the coach.  I can only dream!

I love Ferraris! When I  was working on ships we tied up in Honolulu at a pier where we had to walk through a parking lot packed with expensive cars just off a RO/RO (Roll On/Roll Off). I looked in the window of a Ferrari and it had the keys in the ignition. We checked all the rest and they, too, had the keys in the ignition. Of course it was a "secure" lot but the 4 or 5 of us headed in to Hono for dinner ashore were greatly tempted to just borrow a couple of those cars for the evening. :D

Pretty hard to resist going over to just look at that car, huh?

Don't know about a new Foretravel. I would guess it would be an accessory item. Buyers negotiate for all kinds of special accessories. :)

A toad did come with the purchase of our used Foretravel. We have found it to be a very useful accessory.

Could it be Jeremy, Hamster, or James May (or all 3) on one of their "competitions".... ?

One with a FT and a Ferrari, one with a Tiffin Phaeton and the "reasonably priced car", and one with a Fleetwood and, well, one of the "budget" projects.

Bugatti Veyron, anyone?  What MH would the Stig drive?  ;D

Well from what I have seen, the unholy team from Top Gear would never stoop to drive a "caravan" as they call them.  Interesting thought though...  what would the Stig drive?  Probably a Prevost and a 1000 hp Cummins with twin turbos!
