Cleaner

Did a search on Forum for tire cleaner.
Bleach White was suggested, but I'm afraid it will attack the aluminum wheels since the cleaner contains caustic.
Has anyone used a tire cleaner proven not to damage to the wheels?
Thanks in advance. :-\

I use a degreaser.  Apply only when all surfaces are dry.  Allow a couple minutes for the surfactants to do their thing.  Then I use regular car wash to remove the soot & dirt (aluminum wheels as well).  I do not use protectants.  Tires are 9 years old and not one tiny crack anywhere.  Of course the coach is under roof cover 99% of the time so the UV damage on the tires is minimized.

Tom,
Best and gentlest degreaser/tire cleaner ...... Wash Wax All Degreaser (the pink one)  The degreaser may be used at will on the ALCOA surfaces as well.
Best (and ZERO PETROLEUM Based) rubber preservative ...... Wash Wax All Rubber Care
I tried many others before finding these.  They are the best .... Bar None .... Your mileage won't vary
