HWH Question

I have a 2009 42ft Nimbus with active air.  Coming home last weekend on smooth 4 lane highway the dash Level System Light comes on and the HWH control unit starts beeping.  When I can stop, I have this warning on the control unit, "SYSTEM HAS BEEN RESET!  SAVED SYSTEM STATUS HAS BEEN ERAESED!  Pressed reset button and home buttom, auto leveled coach, continued home everything seemed fine.  The question is did I lose my ride height settings?  The coach seems to be  riding a little high but I don't know.  I have been too busy this week to call FOT, and will do so . Just thought someone might know the answer.  Does anyone know the ride height for this coach and how to measure it?  Thanks for your help.

Roy,

Here is some information on ride height that applies to the older coaches with mechanical ride height valves. ride-height-adjustment-in-motorhome-or-rv

I was not able to find any information specific to the Nimbus with Active Air.

If you find some information from a reliable source, please share it. Barry Brideau will probably add it to beamalarm.com.

Roy,

Did you find any answers regarding the error message for the Active Air system?
