FT parts

Does the FT factory still support replacement parts for 1998 U270?  If so what is their normal turn around time to ship parts?  I was told by a sob owner that FT did not support older motorhome parts.  I hope he was wrong.

They still have parts for my coach and it's 20 years old. Not everything but surprisingly they have most of the stuff that wears out. It all depends on what you need.

He was wrong. They have or can get nearly anything for my '99 and my experience is that they ship within a day or two. Occasionally, they have it dropped shipped from a supplier.

There are some things they can't source because suppliers have gone belly up, but its rare...

Our experience is that they have just about everything and will bend over backwards to find things that they don't have in stock.  They've been great to deal with and they ship quite fast.

I have ordered several times parts for my motorhome and always has not been a problem.  I really don't think this will be a significant problem.  They are truly great.

I've had great luck and my coach is a 89!! I have even had luck going right the the manufacturer. The folks at Ramco were the best! The sent me free parts for my mirrors.. (maybe just happy to hear there stuff still works) It has Been my experience that these coaches were built with some of the best parts. People that build good stuff stay around. Both the coaches and most of the suppliers are still here...

Have a 1993, have dealt with parts half a dozen times in the last 1 1/2 years, and they have had most of them, or had the info for me to get from another source.  I order in the AM, and have them the next day AM!  Sometimes one parts guy will pass me to someone with more info or history knowledge about my question or parts.  There still seems to be a number of very helpful and caring parts department guys to help us.
