Ramco electric mirrors

Anybody know the cure for the intermittent operation of the Ramco mirrors on a 1995 U300?  Periodically have problems - usually after the coach sits for a while - where the mirror (s) won't respond to the controller.  Problem usually disappears after manually moving the mirror back and forth.  But not this time :(

It's usually the controller/switch, in my experience.  We just had the second one fail (control knob first gets somewhat easy to move and the mirror moves intermittently, and then the knob gets very easy to move and nothing happens...)  The failure in both of ours was an internal plastic shaft that pushes the 4 switch contacts.  Easy to replace the switch - just pry the switch straight up and when it's out, label the 9 (I think) wires according to the numbers on the bottom of the switch and pull them off the tab connectors.  Got the controller/switch  from Foretravel.
