4th Gear Shudders

So this issue has been around since I've owned the coach.  It only appears in certain conditions which is why I missed it on initial test drives.  While driving about 33 - 35 mph in 4th gear, the entire coach starts to shudder.  It's not horrible, but enough to notice.  I first noticed it about a year ago on my way to Performance Industrial in Buda.  They are a Cummins and Allison shop that I had change out fluids.  I told them about it and they said that problem can surface if the unit had been towed and the shaft had not been aligned correctly.  When I picked it up, they said all was good and not to worry.  However, the problem continues and I question whether they may have forgot to check or just not noticed.  The problem does not appear under heavy load.  For instance, if accelerating fairly quickly the tranny shifts through all the gears smoothly and accelerates in 4th through 35 mph with no issues.  Its only if I'm driving at 35 mph through city streets in 4th or accelerating very slowly that this occurs.  Any ideas?  I'm going to try and schedule a trip to FOT in the near future for some knick knack stuff.  Do they do transmission work there as well?

Generally no.  Fluids and filter changes yes, but for diagnostics/repair/adjustments on transmission and engine you'll want to find an OEM-certified/authorized shop.
