What was the MRSP on a 1989 Grand Villa?

Does anyone know what the MRSP on a 1989 Grand Villa was?  My dad just bought a 36' Grand Villa with a Detroit Diesel/Alison tranny and the insurance agent wants to know the original sticker price.

Thanks

I have a 36 foot ORED 1989 Grand Villa, I would like to know what the extra 4 grand the original owners paid to have done to my coach,
what were the extra's that were installed. 4 grand was a lot of money back then,

Barry's list does not have the 1989 ORED Grand Villa. The 1989's listed are mostly Unihomes and the gas model. All the '89 models have all kinds of equipment not on our coach. Capacities for fuel and water are different, along with having air bags, etc.
Our coach is a 1989 ORED 36' Grand Villa with the Oshkosh Truck Chassis. The closest listing on Barry's list is the 1988 ORED Grand Villa. The only discrepancy I have with that list is that our coach has a 100 gallon fuel tank. Probably the longer coaches have the 150 gallon tank. Other than that, the 1988 ORED Grand Villa is dead-on for describing our coach with all the accessories that came with it!!
We do have a complete color brochure that came with our coach and when we get the coach home I intend to copy it and send/email it to Barry so he can include it in his lists.

Nitehawk,
I  remember seeing paperwork for my 89 36' ORED that said $180,000. Mine is spring suspension, hydraulic brakes and 8.2 liter Detroit. Hope that helps.

Yup Randy, that description matches our coach. Price? I just don't know but will do some digging when I get the coach home in April.

Compared to other brands of that year we have a Rolls Royce Silver Cloud with all the options.

My 89 U280 was around $240k on the original sticker.  The first owners paid $178K.

Big recession crash in 1989 1990, So RV's would not be selling well then,
But thats a big difference between selling and asking price.
