What is this Monitoring Device?

My rig has a hard wired CO monitor up high and a hard wired propane monitor down low. No smoke alarms. It also has this 9v battery powered monitor mounted next to the Fantastic fan control by the microwave. It doesn't have any markings on it. Anyone recognize this 1995 vintage device? I removed it, btw. Thanks.

I *might* have a chance of ID-ing it if I could see the other side of the circuit board. Looks like 3 little phillipshead screws holding it in. This may be more effort than it's worth, as my likely response after seeing it is "golly, no idea" but ya never know!

Kind of looks like a glass break detector for a coach alarm system.

The arrow on it (upper left on exterior face) is intriguing.... does that mean the strip slides out toward the right (when pushed from the left)?

Jay and John: No numbers.
Pat: Yes, it slides off to expose the mounting screws.
Barry: I'm betting you are right. This rig came from the factory with a complete security system. When activated by an open door or window, all the exterior lights would flash. I'm betting this little baby would scream too. It also has a little red LED built into one of the mirrors which blinks to indicate the system is armed. I disabled it all and removed the sensors at the door and windows. Thanks to all.

I don't believe it has a noisemaker in it. You should have a siren under the hood somewhere for that.
This device would just pick up the frequency of breaking glass and trip the alarm which triggers the siren. Same as opening a door sensor.

Yea, that sounds right. Now I'll have to find that elusive siren.
