How long does it take for MOT to reply to emails

How long does it take for MOT to reply to emails requesting an appointment for remodel?

Back in April, we had a delay with an email we sent to them... turns out they had been having email system problems.

We eventually got a response back from Mike (techsupport@motorhomesoftexas.com), both by phone and email.

If you used the info@motorhomesoftexas.com, you may want to re-send it to techsupport@motorhomesoftexas.com.  (I'm assuming you are still out of the country with significant time zone difference that makes a phone call impractical.)

You're definitely right about trying to get something set up well in advance....  don't know about the remodel section, but we understand service appointments at MOT are being made for November.

Since you have internet, are you able to use Skype or Google Voice to call them?

You may want to contact Infinity Custom Upholstery, Home - Infinity Commercial Upholstry, directly. They were the outfit MOT used for interior work the last time I was there.

Thanks for the information Kent. I will definitely call them once home and see what they can do for me. I really just want to update colors, the coach is kinda dated, its like stepping back in time...

One thought, be sure you have your phone set up to receive and you to access voice mails.  Another thing I found, I might get a text message reply.    I have gotten lately more attuned to such but for some time paid little heed to text messages.

For example, I needed some help that I knew Mike Rodgers could well answer, so I wrote an email.  I know he prefers calls but I wanted to interrupt them the least that I could.....it was not an emergency.  I thought I had not heard back.  Wrong.  A text message or email came in and my wife opened it, digested it and I bet she told me but I was, well, tuned out thinking on some important game or what to have for supper. 

Only to say, it may take a couple of left messages, different paths, but they have always come to my aid or worked to set an appointment.  And I have found FOT just as anxious to help.  It is just not a perfect system when it comes to my side of leaving messages, and probably retrieving the replies.  Cheers,  Mike

I received a mail from MOT today, they had appearantly tried my cell phone, but I turn it off while working in Kazakhstan. The roaming rates and sending and receiving texts are expensive. I especially hate paying when telemarketers call my cell phone while I am at work. When you work as I do (+/- 11 hours ahead) it is not as easy to get in touch with people during business hours and I do not have a phone in my apartment to call the states after I get off work. I wish it were as easy as just picking up the phone before I go to bed and getting in touch with someone.......

Wrote to service at MOT last week and received a phone call from the service manager today. Some new parts are already on the way to us.
