1040 watts of Solar on the roof
My current plan is as follows:
July 31 - AM Solar installs 2 100W panels on the rear of our 40ft U320 (or 2 150W panels)
They also install a Midnight Solar Classic 150 controller, etc.
This will allow me to leave the U320 in El Centro for various trips like spending Dec 2013 in Paa Mul (South of Can Cun) and not worry about the U320's house batteries going south, too. (Or eldest daughter does her 3rd Iron Man on Cozumel Dec 1)
Then about Sep 2013 decide whether I'll put 3 of the 280W panels up on the front of our U320. This will require removing the Datastorm unit (free to anyone), remove an old TV Dish, and remove the crank up TV antenna.
I'd appreciate your suggestions on other options...
