Pocket door blocked

The pocket door between the kitchen and bathroom in our 94 U300 SE suddenly won't open more than about eight inches.  It's blocked pretty solidly, but I can't see into the cavity, and I can't clear the space behind the door.  It slides closed normally, but just won't open.  Has anybody else had to deal with this issue?  Any ideas?

I'd call for tech support, but these things always happen on weekends.  I'm hatching a plan to try to remove the door for access to the pocket, but some hardwood trim might have to be removed.  ARRRRRHGH!

so its something in either the hardware up top or down below, but in FRONT of the door. My guess would be something in the upper track Can you tell it it blocks at the top or at the bottom? You can eyeball the bedroom pocket door hardware and track for reference.

Thanks Dave!  Turns out that I was able to walk the door off the hangers without having to ruin the hardwood.  What I found was a sheet of 1-inch rigid insulation that had fallen off a cavity inside the wall of the pocket.  The spray adhesive let go after nineteen years, and was blocking the door from top to bottom.  I simply removed the insulation and reassembled the door - everything's OK now.

We had the same problem in our 95. We were at Foretravel so I put it on the list to be fixed. Dave Flannigan came and got me and showed me what the problem was - that same rigid insulation that Larry found. Dave told me he would be happy to tear the door off and fix it for several hours labor. His alternative: Buy a 35 cent yard stick and push the insulation back into place when it sticks. I went with that option.
