Amount of oil in crankcase

I'm looking for some opinions about the oil levels.  Here's the story. I have a 09 Nimbus with a 500 hp ISM.  After the oil change two years ago the oil level on the dip stick was right in the middle of the low and full marks.  This was done at FOT.  I think I vaguely remember them setting out jugs of oil and filling from the jugs.  During the year I thought the oil pressure according to the SilverLeaf was running just a little low; 29,30,31.

After the oil change recently by FOT, on the way home I notice that the oil pressure had increased slightly to a more normal range, 30-35 or so.  I thought that is good.  When I checked the oil, the level is right at the full mark.  This year FOT filled from a bulk tank of oil.  So, I can just imagine the young tech pumping in the correct about of oil, checking the dipstick and thinking it is a small amount low and pumping in enough additional to fill it up.  Again, I don't know if this happened or not.  But, since I don't know how accurate the dipstick is, I never calibrated it; do I have too much oil in the crankcase?  If the right amount of oil was put in two years ago and my dipstick is accurate, do problems.  If the dipstick is off I could have too much oil in now.  Thinking of pumping a quart or so out.
Any thoughts?

Call Cummins with your engine serial number to verify oil capacity: Cummins 800 343-7357

Next oil change, calibrate the engine oil dipstick.

Not sure our speculation on whether the dipstick is accurate or not will be of assistance to you.

More likely an oil with a different viscosity is the reason for the change in oil pressure. Other factors also possible. Previous jug oil may be the same as their bulk tank but just as likely not and getting the word from a mechanic is not the same as reading the specs on the jug label. As above, call for pan capacity.
