Girard awning will not retract

Does anybody Know how to fix the Girard awning when it will not retract. Extends just fine but hit the switch to retract and nothing.

Is there a control box somewhere?

So far, we really enjoy our Foretravel. Thank you to all who have answered our questions, we appreciate your help.

Sounds like the current limiter. I believe it's located behind the panel that the awning switch is mounted on (in the overhead)

Cleaned the contacts on the switch and all works fine for now.

Did learn how to get to the control box, if I ever need to.
