water leak/under frig.

Our 1999 U320 has water coming in the compartment under the refrigerator.  Refrigerator is off, and not connected to water supply.  Seems to be happening in a hard rain.  Any ideas where to look for the problem?  Everyone on the Forum has been so helpful.  We greatly appreciate any comments.  Art

Art,

Open the outside access door and look carefully between the outside wall and the fiberglass floor of the refrigerator compartment.  Calk with RTV to waterproof if there are any cracks/openings.

I feel I covered that issue a while ago with caulking the area right behind the access door .It affects evrey coach and trailer that has a fridge--lousy design. take off the door and fill the groove behind with a caulk so that water cannot go in to that lower floor area. simple thing and so important. basically, build a sort of dam to stop water getting in

Art,

I had the same issue. After standing outside in the rain and watching water pour off the roof, I decided to install a gutter over the access hatch.

Cracks in the sealant around the roof vent are another water source under the fridge.
