Mark Harvey is promoted to the position of Service Manager for Foretravel of Texas. Mark has been employed by Foretravel for 33 years and has served as Warranty Director for the past 10 years.

James Triana is promoted to the position of Director of Warranty and Technical Support. James has worked for Foretravel for 33 years and has held numerous positions.

Foretravel also announced that in addition to their Class A High End Motorcoaches, they are assembling a 40 ft. front engine diesel coach that is designed for medical and emergency applications. The first three units produced are being used as dental labs. The unit is named "Lone Star" and is distributed by Motor Specialty Vehicles of Jasper, Texas. President Greg Amys stated Foretravel is excited about this new opportunity for Foretravel and building this unit is resulting in the hiring of additional employees at Foretravel.

Cory was promoted back in September.  I don't recall his title now.

I found it thanks to Google, Cory is Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Foretravel

I wonder if Foretravel will start building a front engine diesel RV based on the same chassis as the new medical coach?

Greg Amy's said no at the Grandvention. Can not compete favorably on a cost basis with higher volume producers .

Well all of these guys deserve their promotions.  I do not know how you call it a promotion for James though. He is still Mr. Foretravel expert and we are blessed to have him. He is worth everything they pay him and then some. I have been very impressed with how Cory has helped the company and how he has risen. He is very deserving and I have to say that my interactions with Drew have been just as positive as they were with Cory and I am happy he was promoted as well. I have not had as much interaction with Mark but do know him a bit and he too is top notch.

I have been wondering why there have been so few new coaches lately.  I've even been worrying that maybe there is a problem..  Building 3 specialty coaches is likely the reason for so few new rigs.

Good news for sure.  I looking forward to seeing my next coach any day.... The one I'll buy used in 6 to 10 years.
