Utility Bay Changes

My desire was to re-work this area to allow me easy access to whats going on behind the panels. Now, I can remove the panels without having to struggle getting the water lines loose and the BW and GW drain valve cables loose.
I also installed the new SeeLevel tank monitoring system. I put it's read out in the bay.
I removed the old faucet as it looked really bad and replaced with hose bibs. Really easy to get off without having to reach behind the panel.
No more caulk.

Looks very well done and thought out. Can you put a second tank monitor inside also?

maybe around 20 hrs. or so. A lot of that time was cleaning the old caulk, the wiring, and things like that.

Old Hippie - You are definately on a roll.  Again nice work.  How have you attached the hose bibs so you can have easy access?  I pulled my faucet off because of the challenge of taking them off and on.  I would like to have water there but will not replace until our Black tank gate valve is replaced and the third valve is in.  Would love to finish those jobs and button it up.  I've got a lot of caulk on mine too.

Scott, I made the hole in the front panel large enough to give me access to the pipe nipple when I unscrew the faucet and pull it forward. So, pull the out on the faucet, grab the nipple with channel locks and unscrew the faucet.

Remove the screws in the hose bib(s), pull out the fixture and unscrew the hosebib?

With a Sharkbite fitting you wouldn't have to unscrew the hose bib.

Not sure the SB fittings would work for my desired outcome; to easily remove the utility bay panels without having to reach behind to disconnect the plumbing. I can now take off the hose bibs and the lower panel will come out. Pretty simple.
