We stopped there a little over a year ago and they have a lot of motorhomes there. When we were there we saw 4 foretravels. All had fire damage, mostly refer fires, but one engine fire. The engine fire coach had a cat engine

We should start a permanent thread on used Foretravel parts suppliers and make note of what models they have in stock. I'm sure readers would find that useful when searching for parts.

I couldn't agree more Scott!  Those of us with the older coaches have a lot of things that are no longer in production. In my search for a Bendix cruise sending unit this past week I emailed about 6 salvage yards and never heard back.

A STRONG suggestion-- if the Bendix cruise does not work, keep the air throttle part and add the King Control Cruise. There are really no Bendix parts available, so even if you replace what is broken now, the next thing to go may not be available at all.

With minor rewiring, the Bendix wires that run through the coach can be used.

I just had a problem trying to get a new park brake air valve for our 91 GV.  The freightliner folks couldn't pull up my vin #, so they couldn't help me.  I found a new valve on FinditParts.com and had the valve within a couple of days.  It even came with a new knob and mounting ring nut.  You might try that in lieu of a wrecking yard where your part may be difficult to remove.  Have a great day  ----  Fritz

Visioneer is 6 hrs from Cape.

They do have 3 FT that I know of someone said 4 their probally correct.

But a lot of SOB used everything, great idea on having a perminate salvage thread.

We use Bontragers in white pigion, mi near shipshawana,  IN.

Gas shocks, fastners, motors stoves, wheels, mirrors - way more. It takes 2 days just to look through it..

Hey,Steve, looking for the water pump and light switch for the bath and kitchen,I think in a 295 it is a 3 gang switch in the bath, and 2 gang in the kitchen, I can also use the tv antenna boost switch.
