Engine will not start after running fine for 24 hours

We just got home from our Florida to Michigan drive and after unloading the coach it will not start.  No "click" no turn over nothing....checked the gear shift and parking brake. Not it...plenty of battery....any ideas? I searched and didn't find anything posted that fit.

The only issue on our drive was while shifting into 4th at about 2500RPM I would loose throttle until RPM dropped to 2000 RPM then it would "kick" back in with a puff of blue black exhaust. Mostly under load in the hills of Tennessee.  We where pulling a 3000lb covered trailer this time so I had chaulked it up to weight and not having my speedo/cruise working yet...

Check and jump ignition solenoid if necessary. Check for voltage at the solenoid before and also when you turn the key to start on both large lugs on the solenoid. Test light will be fine.

There is a starter relay mounted on the frame in the area of the starter. The small wire on the starter goes to this relay. Follow the wire to find the relay. On my 84 ored I had to replace this relay. You should be able to jump the starter solenoid on the starter to see if it will turn over. Make sure it is in neutral as it will start if the key is turned on.

Sometimes a good whack with a mallet or hammer on the starter solenoid will get it going.

...also wiggle the ignition switch, or reach behind it and wiggle the wires to the switch

It was a long hard win cuz I wasted half a day checking my batteries, solenoids, fuses, and every other electrical thingy I could think of only to remember that the guy who sold me my coach mentioned that he had to wiggle the key to get it to start sometimes... Doh! ...I've driven the thing all over the country for a couple of years now without replacing the ignition switch ...and yet it still hasn't fixed itself, imagine that! :))
