What to expect at HWH factory service

I am scheduled to take the FT into HWH at the end of the month, and I was wondering what to expect.
I want to have them go through the entire system replacing or repairing what they find. Sometimes when I push HWH touch pad it works fine and other times nothing happens at all. And if one manually try to operate it nothing happens.
Based on previous experience, is it going to be a extended stay? And can one stay in the FT over night like MOT? Thank you John

We've got an appointment next month with them for pretty much the same thing. We don't have any particular issues, but I think it is time to have the system checked over and any necessary work done. We were told that they do have hookups available. We're planning on arriving the afternoon before our appointment and will have the coach available to them at whatever time they want it. Their guess, without seeing our coach, is that we'll be done by noon.

I was there in December and put a post about my outstanding treatment.  Don't have time to search for it and put the link but it was an excellent customer experience.
