First welcome to the forum. There are lots of very experienced members here to help.
Second, know that you could move the back wall out, no need to add slab, as nothing of the extra footage of the coach would touch the floor at the back. Hope that helps, as in if their is a will, there is a way.
I am stuck on 36', as I have to parallel park in a building, a 40' would be really tight.
