On Site Lube *dot* com

Anybody have any experiences with a franchise called onsitelube.com? They bill themselves as a Mobile Oil Service. My neighbor has used them and recommended their services.

Apparently they come to your house or business location and perform standard services for your engine and generator, including taking away the old fluids.

It is not that I don't trust my neighbor, although I don't know him very well. I thought an august body like ours would be able to shed more light on their services or lack thereof.

Thanks,

Well one plus would be they can't run you out of the shop for watching.... I wouldn't be afraid to give them a try if I had the need..

Just a heads up - I called RV Mobile Lube yesterday and tried to set up a "service call" at our overnight stop on our trip back to Midland from NAC.  I got the answering service lady - she said the employee who covers the Dallas area is "out of service" with a health issue.  She said he would probably not be back at work until end of this month.  I have also gotten good reports on this outfit, and was looking forward to trying out their service.  I would think they would have more than one tech in an area the size of Dallas/Ft. Worth, but apparently not.  O well...

I think this thread is giving me a great idea. Since the knee surgery has limited my mobility, I may try these people in the Houston to service my older Rv. It is due servicing but has been delayed due to all our health issues this summer.  This may be a perfect solution.

Chuck,

When we were at Benbrook, RV Mobile lube came out & worked on Atom6's coach. While talking with him if I remember correctly it is ran by a small family. Seems like he said it was him & his wife along with brother & sister in law.  He did have a nicely set up truck & very well stocked.
