'98 U 270 door step

Hello again everyone. Pixie and I are at the point that we are afraid to use the step. Does any body know where one can be picked up ?

You can check Xtreme and see if they have a take off step that is still useable, or Visone rv salvage in Ky. I had planned to go by there and see what they had in Foretravel parts, but was very rainy and not a good time to tromp around a salvage yard. The last time I was there they had 3 Foretravels that were being parted out. Good luck on the hunt. Also maybe Foretravel would have a take off step

Paul, I just replaced mine (the metal step) got a new one from F/T parts, about $100.00 with freight. I had the new one powder coated, installed it with stainless rivets, and installed the cover with aluminum rivets.

Paul you can take it apart and restore it if inclined. Mine was really bad and now it is good., and I drilled some 1/4" holes for drains in the bottom edge that should have been in it at new.
