License Plate Lights

Has anyone replaced the bulbs in the license plate lights? Mine appear to be two-piece units that might pry apart for bulb replacement, but I'm reluctant to just start prying on them. Has anyone successfully replaced the bulbs? How about LED replacements? Has anyone found a suitable replacement assembly? Thanks!

I just rplaced the 2 on 240 and got them from Napa.  Truck Lights 26001 ( thanks to Ken H getting the # from FT). You cannot take apart and cost $3.99 each. They seem to have been used for a long time by FT
