GV horn button removal

I know it has been mentioned but cannot find it.
How do you remove the centre steering wheel horn pad to look at contact. I do not hear a relay now so must be in contacts used. It worked fine for a while but now nothing. This is on 95 240

OK got it off and seems to have continuity when pressed, so, will check for 12v and see where the breaker is for it
