GREAT customer service - Air Springs
I like to call out GREAT customer service when I stumble across it.
In this case its the supplier I have used several times when replacing air springs on the Foretravel.

The last order I placed with them Thursday. I knew Friday the 4th would not be a shipping day. I expected a delivery this week, they have ALWAYS shipped fast. There prices are very good, $285.90 (2 air springs) with free UPS delivery, no tax.
I was waiting for my Steering box to return from Washington ST. (REDHEAD). It was shipped last Monday and I hoped it would make it here Monday. The Steering Box weighs 100#.
To my surprise (Monday) Cheryl came out to the yard to let me know that "my package" had arrived. Of course I expected the Steering Box. I asked her if it was left by the front door. She surprised me when she said "NO I carried it in and set it in the living room". I said "how did you carry it, wasn't it very heavy?" She said "NO, not too bad" . I dropped what I was doing and went in thinking I had to have the WRONG Steering Gear box.
I looked and there was a box labeled Meritor on the living room floor. It was the AIR SPRINGS, NOT the Steering gear!
I could not believe that S&D Truck Springs would process and ship soooo FAST!
Too bad I don't need anymore airbags, but if YOU do, I Highly recommend S&D.
