Smartwheel Clock Spring

I have just spent this afternoon looking for a supplier for a Smartwheel clock spring. Dose anyone know the supplier? I called VIP (Vehicle Improvement Products. They told me to call Douglas Auto Tech. I am waiting on a call back from them. The Clock spring I need is for a Smartwheel PC series    SM209    built 12/13/02  There is no part number or manufacture  name on the clock spring.  My Clock spring has a open on one of the 4 circuit wires. No cruise control and no wipers.

Thank You in advance          Karl

The clockspring is part of the steering column, installed by Douglas. You are on the right track. It might be D10106 (or not).
