Thetford Aria Deluxe Key Pad Flush Switch question

Our touch pad hasn't completely failed, but the smaller button, which just adds water, is intermittent. A new switch is $60.
My question: Can this switch be serviced? Seems like if I could clean the contacts it might fix it, but am afraid it may be a sealed unit.
Thanks, Dick

Dick, we have the same unit as you but haven't had any issues with it yet. Be interesting to see what you find out.

Thetford Tech Support suggests the problem is most likely low dc voltage supply or a problem with the electronic control module. The Key Pad switch is $62.00 from Thetford. I am just going to watch this for now.
