Rear Furnace blows cold


  Hello All,
  As the nights are getting colder in PA, I run the heat in the morning to take the chill
  out of the coach.
    The front furnace blows hot, the Aqua Hot in the bathroom blows hot but the rear furnace
  in the bedroom blows cold.
    As I am new to this coach--does the Aqua Hot supply the heat for the front & rear furnace?

    If not, where is the furnace located and why would the front blow hot and the rear cold?
 
    The thermostat is set for furnace on both zone 1 & 2.

In your 2003 U320, the AquaHot is your furnace and hot water heater, both.  There is no separate furnace.

Since you're getting heat both from the front and the bath, the most likely culprit is a stuck zone valve on the AquaHot itself.  They are the brass valves on top of the AquaHot unit itself.  You might try tapping on the zone valves with a screwdriver when Zone 2 is calling for heat.  The easiest way to figure out which zone valve this is would be to turn on all zones and make sure they're calling for heat, then carefully touch the output of each zone valve and see which one is cold.

(BTW, this question is near and dear to my heart.  It's the first technical one I spoke with James Triana about back when we got our coach.  We haven't had a problem with any zone valve since ;) )

This is nearly exactly what Jimmy Branson told me at TN RV last week. Only difference: he said to turn OFF all areas EXCEPT one not heating. Then tap the zone valves gently. He said if that did not work, the AquaHot would need servicing.
