HMMM-Fuel sender starting to work!

Our fuel gage almost never read over 1/4 tank. I think the sender failure is a result of the coach sitting with only a partial tank and then the sender algaes up or cruds up if you prefer.
I filled the tank, added a whole bottle of Startron Diesel fuel algae eater (one bottle treats 256 gallons) even tho our tank is only 100 gallons and tank was down about 25 gallons. On our last outing the gage now read 1/2 full and the needle would move around when we changed direction or speed. Before, the needle didn't move.

I had tried running a new ground wire and nothing changed so it looked like dropping the tank was the next option. MAYBE NOT!

We are putting our coach in storage for the winter and I intend to fill the tank and add another bottle of Startron, just so the stuff can work all winter on the "crud" on the sender unit.
