Fiberglass cracked at seam in top of slides.

All,
I have had two separate incidences where the fiberglass is cracking apparently at a seam in the top of the slides (two out of three slides). FOT just repaired one of the cracks after the ladies driving school and when we got home I noticed another slide had began cracking. It is a perfectly straight line just outboard of the seal area running about 16" front to back at the rear edge then running perpendicular toward the coach, an "L" shape if you will.
Anyone else had any issues with slide fiberglass?
I am the second owner and FOT warranted 50% of the cost for the first repair. I have not contacted them on the second crack yet but I will on Monday.

Sounds to me you had to speak to the "warranty manager" who seems to feel 50% is the standard response to most situations. We too had issues with a Nimbus and the "50%" cam into play here. I found it was presented to me in a rather "rough tone." After insisting and suggesting I take this further up the food chain, he reluctantly gave in to more. I think this may help because I know you will face an uphill battle .
