Wind noise around entry door.

I have a Nimbus 07 , with what I consider unacceptable wind noise around the entry door. Just got back from Nac . Clif tried solving my problem , 4 hours of tring (I paid for 2) I still have about the same level of noise as when I started. Is the wind noise normal around the entry door? I'm not overly sensitive , but i believe the factory should have been able to solve this problem. I am sadly disappointed . Anyone have a thought or have encountered this on their coach?

I chased, what I thought was wind noise coming from the door, for a long while. What it turned out to be was a small piece of wind shield gasket was missing which made it sound like it was coming from the door. Very surpised I did not have water intrusion.
You may want to look around the front to see if there are other possibilities, especially since you have spent time looking at the door.
I agree, wind noise is irritating.

On some days the wind noise around our door really irritates me. Other days, it hardly seems to be there at all.  I make sure the door is tightly shut, pull it in and lock the deadbolt before going down the road ... but there is no difference. Our windshield has been replaced, so no issue there. I have asked about it at the Factory and have gotten a shrug, a chuckle or commiseration, depending on the person the question was put to.  I cannot explain why it is worse on some days, rather than others, but it has been there in both front-entry coaches we have owned.  Another reason for the mid-entry folks to smile and feel proud....

Wind noise could be from the mirrors, or the awning.  I get noise on the driver side window, on or off depending on wind direction and apparent wind speed.

Did someone have a noise they thought was door noise turn out to be a wheel, brake or step last year?

And we do really love the mid door on our coach.

There's this topic regarding entry door wind noise in a 2008 Nimbus.  Not sure if it would have the same entry door as your 2007 Terrible screech from the stepwell area...Help!

Mine was from the overhead spot light, solved by turning it 90 degrees.

I has plagued with front end whistling noise for years, I thought it was near the door, DW thought it was over on the drivers side. At the suggestion of someone on this forum, I got a roll of blue masking tape and started selectively masking first a portion of one windshield gasket then run to the next rest stop, then change to another, do another portion, repeating the procedure until all of the windshields had been done. Then I did the ww mounts, then around the gen opening, still whistling. I was ready to give up, we had visited every rest stop from Nacogdoces to Plattsburgh, NY and the back to Roanoke when she insisted I mask the mount for the driver's mirror VOILA! That was the culprit. Some clear silicone sealant and now no more whistle.

Congrats, Horace, on solving a vexing problem.  I am a great admirer of perseverance - I find it is the key to figuring out many puzzles.  Those who give up easily often fail, both in life and in tinkering with their coach.

I, too, experience entry door wind noise, yet intermittently.  I have found that spraying the door gasket with silicone spray just prior to heading out on the road silences it more often than not.  It also sometimes seems to be effected by the direction the wind is blowing outside and its velocity.  It is definitely puzzling and frustrating with no easy / permanent fix.  Perhaps silicone spray will help if you have not already tried it.  Almost forgot one last thing... I applied foam insulation tape to my door frame.  It is the foam tape sold at all hardware stores that is typically used in residential applications.
