Powerwatch AC Monitor questions

Powerwatch, in my 1995 U300, started acting up a few days ago. While doing monthly generator run with both A/C's on there was a 5-7 volt oscillation on the voltmeter and the green (polarity OK light) was flickering. Today coach is back on house current (120) but no lights on, or flickering, on the Powerwatch panel. Owner's guide indicates this is a no ground condition. Have Googled Powerwatch without finding any additional information.  No electrical changes made in coach to cause this !
All thought's and suggestions welcome.

My Powertech 8KW generator voltage fluctuates with the air conditioners on, but the green light is steady.  Once I had to order a new voltage regulator from Powertech.  Before that the voltage fluctuated even with no load.  At the moment, without going to the coach and checking records don't remember what the exact problem was; like high voltage or no voltage.  I suppose you will be checking for loose electrical connections.  There is a ground strap from the generator to the chassis.

Strangely enough I had fuel line issues with my ProTech-10 just before this Powerwatch issue.  Seems strange to me that the Powerwatch is indicating a poor/no ground issue on both the generator and shore power side of the 110/220 system.  Is there anything that's common ?  Was wondering if the shore power ground issue might be caused by a bad ring / brush contact in the spring rewind cable reel?

Jon,

It could be the brushes in your cable reel.  You also need to check your ground buss where all the grounds connect. You could have a loose wire there also.  While you have all the power shut down I would also check the cable connections inside your transfer switched to make sure they are tight.
