Info on 320 40' 2002 for sale

Could use some help. We have a friend who just found  a 320 40' 2002 for sale, on camping world  Web site . They say the coach is up state, I'm not sure where.  motorcade # is 15750 , can any one help with any info on this coach or know who may have owned it.

In 2006, the coach was owned by Tom (& Stephanie) Maurer.  They lived in Calhoun, GA.
I have a phone number for them (at that time - it may still be valid) but have no other information about them or the coach history, since then.  The coach was very nice then.  Send PM if you want the phone number.

I once Met Tom, I did not know that he sold his coach, he is a great guy, made me and all four grandkids really welcome on a weekend at his home.

3,600 miles!!??? Really?

The description is hard to read and I couldn't find the engine details. It also looks (from the photo) like the awning cover over the slide is no longer there.

Nice interior though.

That "rock guard" stuff on the front sure looks nasty.

It is in the San Antonio Craigslist, but the phone number is in Alabama.

That by itself doesn't indicate an issue, but .....

Perhaps someone with a newer book than mine can look up the Motorcade# 15750.

That low number of miles (assuming it is total miles, not recent replaced spedo) would scare me.  Sitting for a decade is NOT good for machinery.

Ya, if this is dealer owned (vs consignment) I am surprised he doesn't remove the 3M and repaint the nose.

I just did comment on a post with that MC number but cant find it now.  Tom Lived in N GA and was a really nice guy, I would really doubt that that is accurate mileage.  My phone number for him is no longer valid.  He was one of the old Yahoo Foretravel folks, I don't know if he migrated here.
