Manibloc for older coaches?

After reading about them here and seeing one at a relative's new building, I'm thinking that I'd like to add that to my wish list. Other than money, what issues might I run into if I were to try to put one on my 1993 U300 40' coach?

Haven't considered actually creating a manifold but as an alternative you could install a shutoff valve at each location.
