Bond nylon to aluminuim

Disassembled my concord antenna and found a number of the nylon buttons that act as friction points between the mast and base plate have detached .
Anybody have recommendation on glue for nylon to aluminuim

I use Goop glue for everything and it holds just fine. Comes in a tube and can be bought at most hardware stores.

Had considered , hot glue gun and silicone but wasn't sure either would adhere. To the aluminuim

If the aluminum is clean, silicone will stick. After cleaning, a little phosphoric acid on a Q tip will clean what the soap, etc didn't get and give more "tooth" to the surface.

To clean surfaces before using GE Silicone II, we always clean with liberal amount of denatured alcohol.
