Yes you can stay with your coach at TN RV, now and yes you can interface with the techs, with the service manager and with the service writer. Now finding Roger sometimes can be a problem.

Work completed today, Aqua Hot, air leak @ LR bag, a/c died, parts $185.00, labor $345.00, HazMat& & shop supplies $44.00, then Tn tax $63.00.
No tears, reasonable, enjoyed interacting with David, Jim & James.  Was on guard for bad vibes but none showed up, certainly will use them again as needed. The Foretravel trained guys are a pleasure and clearly know Foretravel.  The Aqua Hot 600 controls were a learning handful.
Talking with James, seems there had been issues, they are getting straightened up quickly.
Was not able to learn anything about the paint & body repair side of the operation.
I still us plain English, that way both sides know what is up, assume nothing, stay with coach.  :)

Indeed, this service trip to Tn RV also was a check on my ability to travel, did find the Colon is still confused. Did get good vibes from James & the 2 techs, David & Jim.  David got the dash A/C at 48f at idle rpm,
Am back home in my garage, all connected & normal.

Dave, not sure I wanna know what a "confused colon" is all about.... :o  On the subject of Tennessee RV, should I need anything done while up that way (coach is in NC til sometime in Oct. or Nov.) I'll be sure to drop your name....being a solo female, I need to have a little extra 'clout" (or be good at acting like I know what I'm doing!) & I'm sure that'll give me the extra "boost" I need!  :))

I had a good conversation with James, not so good with Adam in body and paint.

James told me installing the SeeLevel was a two day job and when I asked if I could stay in the coach he explained they are working towards that now with a new parking area with hookups but aren't quite there yet. He said I may be able to stay in the coach but couldn't determine that until I arrived. He can get me in as early as next week, which is awesome.

Alan in paint said he'd need to keep the coach for two weeks. It's a small repair and he said he'd want in on site to be worked on when they could get it in. Could be two days, could be two weeks, even if scheduled far in advance.

I'm going to recheck the basement when I completely empty it for the first it this weekend. It's completely packed and organized with parts and supplies. I'm thinking that with the level of care that Steve gave this coach that he wouldn't go without a tank monitor.  Perhaps it has one and the moniter is mounted in the basement. I haven't seen it but I haven't looked that closely.

Regarding the fiberglass repair, if it's not critical I'm going to wait until I can get to NAC in the fall. When I visit the coach tomorrow I'll take some detailed pictures to send to my gracious FT Sensei, Brett Wolfe for his opinion on it's urgency.

Send to James at Xtreme paint in NAC, he can quote $$$ and time from picture.
Probably no hurry.

Jeff,
Can only say how it worked for me, they moved my coach to the parking area, 50 amp electric, spent the night, walked 1/4 mile to the Out Back Steakhouse, all was good. had a good feeling about the entire event, no idea what is normal & usual.  Only down side to the entire experience was the Prime Rib at Out Back, about 60% Fat, they did provide a reduced price once I brought it  to their attention.

Dave, gotta chuckle at the 60% fat. The waiter must have made a judgement call and decided you needed some "fluffing up", but not knowing you like right where you are at!! >:D  >:D  ^.^d
