Level System Warning and no Travel Mode

I'm having a intermittent problem with my HWH Level System.  It started occurring after my work at Xtreme in late May (MOT techs pulled and reinstalled my slideout while I was there).  Sometimes the HWH Level System does not want to go into travel mode when I release the parking brake and put the transmission in gear.  I get a LEVEL SYSTEM warning light on the dash, a dinger and the gear selector flashes either 6 or R depending on what I have selected.  So far, the problem has been intermittent but is occurring more frequently.  Each time, I have been able to fix the problem by resetting the parking brake, shifting into neutral (engine still running) and turning the HWH slideout extension key to the ON position.  The LEVEL SYSTEM then resets after about 2-3 seconds and I then  immediately turn the key OFF and I'm good to go.

So some questions:

It seems that the HWH system thinks the room is not secure and ready to travel.  But, what sensor would I be resetting by starting to deflate the room seal and then re-inflating it?

Any suggestions on what I should check the next time it happens?

If cycling the HWH Room Extension key does not get it to reset, will the 110/220 over-ride switch in the basement work to get me on the road?  I think it will, but I think I will also probably have to put up with the dinger until I can figure out the problem.  Any suggestions?

Thanks in advance for any suggestions,

Rich

Have you called MOT and chatted with Mike Rodgers?

Do you have a block underneath the bay with green and yellow lights on it. If it happens again, you can go and look at the block and it will tell you where the problem is. I think that is only if you have slide pins.  It sounds like the bladder is allowing the slide to move out of the sensors reach.  The other thing is that it could be the rear pressure switch but I do not think that will throw on the level light.  It sounds like a sensor not reading right.
