Step air Regulators

Would anyone know the P/N for the receiver/dryer used on late 90's coaches? Specifically (in my case) a '98 U320 with the Victory Climate Systems HC212 dash-air system. My dryer is so hard to get to I can't read the manufacturer's data-plate. Many thanks!

Both my step and step cover regulators are leaking - they are identical. Does anyone know the part number for the step cover regulator on a 2001? My guess is they would be the same on all models of that year.

Is there any reason this similar one from Harbor Freight would not work?
(It is 1/4 the price and *looks* quite similar to the one from Home Depot.)
