No power @ Co-pilot Map Lamp

Trying to locate /trace the power feed for the co-pilot map lamp. No 12v @ red wire..Anyone know where this circuit starts ?
 Have searched the 12v schematic but its not listed.

On a '94 it comes from headlight switch which also dims the instrument lighting.
1994 U280, Build 4490

My 92' works the same way as Twig's. It took me a long time to figure it out. Changed the blub, checked the power, started tracing the circuit but decided it wasn't worth the trouble.

Don't often drive at night but that one time I was out and the dash lights were too dim. Twisted the headlight knob to brighten the dash lights and when it clicked boom the map light came on! Not sure why they brother to put a switch on the map light you can just control it with the headlight knob.
