NEW magazine came in the mail!! MOT Owners Club??

I was somewhat astonished to see this magazine come to us in the mail .... a new wrinkle for MOT!!  An Owner's Club??  Gee, whiz.  They are certainly styling themselves like the Factory, aren't they?!  That caused me to be curious about just what is going on with the expansion plans at MOT.  What is the latest?  Anyone?

They have always had an owners club. If you bought from them you get a discount on parts and service.  The magazine is a couple years old.  It is pretty interesting that they are doing it but they have many repeat buyers it seems.

One of the biggest things FT has going for it is the loyalty of the owners. MOT knows this, and are working hard to instill that kind of loyalty into their customers. We bought our coach from MOT and have had service work done there, and I am happy that they are striving for that level of loyalty. It means they will continue to "swing for the bleachers" in the things they do.

According to Lyle at the last couple GV the number of purchasers from the Motorcade club is not a factor in their sales.  It might mean they are not making a coach that the owner base wants to buy.  Then again they are selling 15 IH coaches. In talking with the people in Nac the new owners are not joiners and use their coach differently then the owner base in the MC club.  It is more a tail gating short stay coach.

We purchased a coach at MOT (consignment, not not they owned) and have had work done there ... but an Owner's club was never mentioned to us ... and in the 4 years since our purchase, this is the first edition of their magazine that I have seen!  Huh.

Carol, since you bought there I think they automatically take ten percent off the service bill.  Did that before they put out the magazine.
