Testing Options to Quote & Begin New Topic

I just now noticed that there is a drop down menu choice for starting a new topic and quoting the current thread from the existing topic I was reading.  Was this always available?  It's a great way to get your topic heard without highjacking the old Topic.

This is found on most posts on the right hand side where the "Quote" oprion is located.  See "More" to get the option.

I have yet to try this.

Edit:  Of course you would need to rename the Topic at the header as the old topic header defaults there.
