ABS wheel sensors

After brake job abs light turns off and comes rite back on, Under bulkhead at ABS box I pulled off each plug and read OHMs on each one and found FL 1237 - FR 1260 - RL 1878- RR 1278  I had replaced RL 1878 a couple of years ago so that one is higher some one said to push in sensor closer to ring I can't see how to do that, Can you remove sensors from the inside or do you have to remove wheel and hub?

I believe on mine I would need to at least remove the wheels.

If the light comes on before you even get moving the location of the sensor to the tone ring won't matter unless you haven't cleared the code. Do you have a abs manual or can you download one and pull the code to see what is setting the light?
